Synopsis: This captivating new documentary transports viewers to a 350-year old home in Concord, Massachusetts with an American literary pedigree unlike any other. It is here at Orchard House that the classic novel Little Women was written and set. With literary giants as such as Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, and Nathaniel Hawthorne as neighbors and friends, this unique home inspired Louisa May Alcott to write a book that has never been out of print. Little Women has been translated into over 50 languages, taught in schools worldwide, and has redefined American literature.
