About the Director
Joey LaFrance is a director from Guilford, CT, who graduated from SCAD in June 2024. Whether he is watching movies with his friends, spending his weekends on set, or diving deep into pre-production, Joey’s love for film is what continues to drive him to create. Creating “The Next Bells” has pushed and challenged him to be intentional with every detail, teaching him more about directing than he could have imagined. Joey believes that one’s best work is achieved when collaborating with friends, so he is excited for this talented crew’s hard work to be shared very soon.
