TROUBLESHOOTING the ELEVENT VIRTUAL PASS Ticket Portal

**Some people find the wording on the ticket portal confusing.**

If you're having issues, we're here to help!

First, make sure that you have created a user name and password.

Then follow our step-by-step directions below.

                   

1.  Go to the Virtual Pass ticketing portal HERE

 

2.  Click on ADD TO CART for the Virtual Pass of your choice

 

3. You will receive a message saying "Purchase Maximum Reached" (it's peculiar wording, but that's because people generally buy only one Virtual Pass for themselves)

 

4. Once you've made your selection, click on the Green Check out button with the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner. 

 

5.  The next page will ask you if you want to add a donation and offer set amounts or will offer a "Not Today" button. Make your choice.

 

6. The next page will be the place where you enter your credit card information to purchase your ticket.

7. Voila! You will have completed your purchase and we will email you your streaming links and passwords.
